I helped lead an onshore and an offshore designer by providing a project overview and we all worked together to execute in the given timeframe.
The Approach
Regular checkins to assess the theming
Designs for components were shared across multiple Adobe XD files. The designs were organized into a component library to enable reviewing the 6 themes across all 100 components. Design direction provided from the client included a style tile with colors, fonts, and hierarchy decisions.
Regular checkins helped us align with the stakeholder on using Figma moving forward, to take advantage of the color theming tools and productivity gains. We also used the meetings to regularly assess that the right mood was achieved with the applied color palettes.
